Why Choose Me as Your Doula
As your doula, I am there to support your birth, your way —at home or at the hospital, medication-free or with an epidural, VBAC or Cesarean. While no one can foresee what your birth may bring, my focus is to help you feel satisfied with your birth experience.
MY Doula Services Include:
A complimentary initial consultation, no obligation to commit
One or two prenatal visits
Unlimited phone, text and email availability for any questions and/or concerns
24-hour on-call availability during your due date range (generally two weeks prior and two weeks post-estimated due date)
Back-up doula services, if necessary
Up to two hours postpartum support for recovery, initial breastfeeding and any other needs
One postpartum visit at your home to discuss and process the birth experience, provide breastfeeding support and answer any additional questions
